Our actions today are shaped by many moments. While some moments may be in our recent past, others may have occurred years ago.
A key moments timeline shows moments that are shaping weekly projects. The key moments timeline shows long-term capacity development and its impact on current moments, activities, and progress.
Building my Key Moments Timeline
I built my timeline in the Moments section of my Managing Moments prezi. I added the following moments:
May 2018: Publication of my Growing Systems of Success book by The PhD Project
March 2019: Development of the GSS toolkit prototype by Tamaala Arts
August 2019: Implementing the Managing Moments journal on a paper plate divided into six sectors to show the Six Cs (Connections, Conversations, Clarity, Choice, Competence, Coordination)
September 2019: Implementing the Managing Moments journal with the kit and a notebook
September 2019: Implementing the Managing Moments journal in prezi
I also added a recent moment of clarity. When I saw Jane Tyson, a teacher and entrepreneur, using the kit and a notebook, I decided to go on this path so I could continue discussions with Jane. Then, I thought of prezi and discovered a template that I could customize to look like a notebook.

The PhD Project is an organization in the United States that seeks to propel workplace diversity by diversifying business school faculty. The PhD Project model is a successful model that is now in its 25th year and GSS builds on this well-established mode to help individuals achieve success.
