When Plans don't work
Managing by Moments
Everyone has a Unique Formula for Success!
Networks and systems of success (Six Cs) are the key ingredients of our special formula! These two components represent our potential. Some special ingredients to be included in the mix are shown below. However, unlike a recipe, you cannot combine these ingredients in the same way following a sequence of steps. The GSS formula gives suggestions on effective ways of combining these ingredients . Each individual and group must combine these ingredients in ways that works for them.
Play it Forward
Chance favors those who invest in their Six Cs
The Six Cs help individuals navigate any learning experience with greater ease and confidence. The Six Cs are particularly important while making choices in situations where the outcomes are uncertain and/or the path is not clear at the outset.Through conversations learners can acquire information that helps them make better choices.
Access to a network of mentors and peers who encourage and support learners on their journey.
Participating in ongoing conversations.
Aligning ideas, people, and resources to achieve a goal.
An ongoing process of making decisions under uncertainty.
An ongoing process of developing knowledge and skills.
Success is a journey from opportunity to goals.
Individuals become aware of opportunities and challenges, goals, and their own systems of success. They also become aware of resources available through networks.
Through a personalized discovery process, individuals identify possible opportunities. They develop selection criteria and success heuristics.
The discovery of viable opportunities sets the stage for making informed choices and finding one's own path. Networks of success help individuals continually refine their path.
As choices are refined, individuals can set clear goals and find ways to achieve these goals through integrating new and familiar ideas, tools, resources, and practices.
Individuals transform possibilities into reality over time. Individuals also continually transform their systems of success (The Six Cs) and help others transform their systems.
